Changes to Your Details. 5.1. You shall give us no less than fourteen (14) days written notice prior to any change in your details (including but not limited to, changes in ownership of the company, name, address, email, contact phone or business structure). 5.2. Should you fail to notify us of any change in your details, you acknowledge and expressly agree that: (a) you will be in breach of this Agreement for failing to provide fourteen (14) days prior written notice of any change in your details in accordance with clause 5.1; and (b)you shall be liable for any expenses or loss of profit suffered by us as a result of you failing to notify us of any such changes (including any Related Company).
