CHANGING AUTHORISED PERSONS. You may by written notice change the Authorised Persons on your Account from those indicated on the Application Form. We are only bound by any such variation upon written notice being received by us. We may act upon instructions of any Authorised Person, or any person who appears to us to be an Authorised Person, in the same manner as outlined in clause 3 despite the fact that the person may not be authorised. In particular, we are entitled to act on any instructions transmitted using your username, Account number, user ID or password. You agree to indemnify us against all losses, costs or expenses which we may suffer or incur as a result of any error in any instruction given by an Authorised Person or as a result of our acting on any instruction of any Authorised Person or any person who appears to us to be an Authorised Person.

We may act upon the oral or written orders or instructions of any authorised person, or any person who appears to us to be an authorised person, despite the fact that the person may not be authorised. For example, we are entitled to act on any orders or instructions transmitted using your user name, account number, user id or password.

We are not bound by any such variation until we receive written notice and agree to such requested change. We may act upon the orders or instructions of any Authorised Person, or any person who appears to us to be an Authorised Person, despite the fact that the person may not be authorised. We are under no obligation to verify the authority of any person who purports to be authorised by you in connection with this Agreement.
CHANGING AUTHORISED PERSONS. You may, by written notice, request to change the persons who are authorised to use the Account from those specified in your Application. We may at our discretion refuse your request if to do so may result in us breaching any Applicable Law.

  • Authorised Persons If § 3.4 (Authorised Persons) is specified as applying to a Party in the Election Sheet, Individual Contracts may be negotiated, confirmed and signed on behalf of that Party exclusively by those persons listed by it for such purposes as may be specified in an Annex to this General Agreement. Each Party may unilaterally amend and supplement in writing the list of persons currently authorised to act on its behalf at any time. Such amendments and supplements shall become effective upon their receipt by the other Party.

  • Relevant Persons In this Clause 19 “a Relevant Person” means the Borrower, a Security Party and any other member of the Group; but excluding any company which is dormant and the value of whose gross assets is $50,000 or less.

  • Authorised Representatives Each of the Parties shall by notice in writing designate their respective authorised representatives through whom only all communications shall be made.   • Authorised Users individuals who are authorised by the Institution to access the Institution's information services whether on-site or off-site via Secure Authentication and who are affiliated to the Institution as a current student (including but not limited to undergraduates, postgraduates and guest students), member of staff (whether on a permanent or temporary basis including retired members of staff and any teacher who teaches Authorised Users) or contractor or registered user of the Institution. Persons who are not currently a student, member of staff, contractor or registered user of the Institution, but who are permitted to access the Institution's information services from computer terminals or otherwise within the physical premises of the Institution ["Walk-In Users"] are also deemed to be Authorised Users, only for the time they are within the physical premises of the Institution.

  • Authorised Representative The Issuer will notify the Dealers immediately in writing if any of the persons named in the list referred to in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of the Initial Documentation List ceases to be authorised to take action on its behalf or if any additional person becomes so authorised together, in the case of an additional authorised person, with evidence satisfactory to the Dealers that such person has been so authorised.

  • Notification of Creditor Parties and Security Parties The Agent shall send to each Lender, the Security Trustee and each Security Party a copy or the text of any notice which the Agent serves on the Borrower under Clause 19.2; but the notice shall become effective when it is served on the Borrower, and no failure or delay by the Agent to send a copy or the text of the notice to any other person shall invalidate the notice or provide the Borrower or any Security Party with any form of claim or defence.

  • Name Collision Occurrence Management 6.1. No-­‐Activation Period. Registry Operator shall not activate any names in the DNS zone for the Registry TLD (except for "NIC") until at least 120 calendar days after the effective date of this agreement. Registry Operator may allocate names (subject to subsection 6.2 below) during this period only if Registry Operator causes registrants to be clearly informed of the inability to activate names until the No-­‐Activation Period ends.

  • Interested Persons It is understood that Trustees, officers, and shareholders of the Trust are or may be or become interested in the Advisor or the Sub-Advisor as directors, officers or otherwise and that directors, officers and stockholders of the Advisor or the Sub-Advisor are or may be or become similarly interested in the Trust, and that the Advisor or the Sub-Advisor may be or become interested in the Trust as a shareholder or otherwise.

  • Aggrieved Person An “aggrieved person” is the person or persons or the Association making the claim.

  • Receiving Party Personnel The receiving Party will limit access to the Confidential Information of the disclosing Party to those of its employees, attorneys and contractors that have a need to know such information in order for the receiving Party to exercise or perform its rights and obligations under this Agreement (the “Receiving Party Personnel”). The Receiving Party Personnel who have access to any Confidential Information of the disclosing Party will be made aware of the confidentiality provision of this Agreement, and will be required to abide by the terms thereof. Any third party contractors that are given access to Confidential Information of a disclosing Party pursuant to the terms hereof shall be required to sign a written agreement pursuant to which such Receiving Party Personnel agree to be bound by the provisions of this Agreement, which written agreement will expressly state that it is enforceable against such Receiving Party Personnel by the disclosing Party.
