Common use of CHANGING AUTHORISED PERSONS Clause in Contracts

CHANGING AUTHORISED PERSONS. You may, by written notice, change the persons who are authorised to give us instructions on your behalf. We are not bound by any such variation until we receive written notice and agree to such requested change. We may act upon the orders or instructions of any Authorised Person, or any person who appears to us to be an Authorised Person, despite the fact that the person may not be authorised. We are under no obligation to verify the authority of any person who purports to be authorised by you in connection with this Agreement.
