Changing Broadband provider or discontinuing Your Broadband Service. You must give Us 30 days’ notice to end Your Broadband Service. If You wish to change to another Broadband provider it is your responsibility to make the necessary arrangements with the alternative Service Provider. If You wish to cease Your Broadband then You must notify Us to cease Your line. If You are leaving Us to go to another provider, We will consider that You have given appropriate notice as soon as when we receive notice from Your new provider. If we don't hear from you within 10 days we will stop providing your service 14 days later.
