Common use of Changing Government Programs Clause in Contracts

Changing Government Programs. 14.1.1 The parties acknowledge that the government programs supported by this Agreement will be subject to continuous change during the term of this Agreement. Except as provided in this Section 14, Contractor has provided for or will provide for adequate resources, at no additional cost to the Counties, to reasonably accommodate such changes during the term, subject to the Change Request process of this Section 14.
