Changing Nature of Services. While the Parties will endeavor to update, modify and amend this Agreement and the Schedules as necessary or appropriate from time to time to reflect various adjustments in the arrangements contemplated by this Agreement, the Parties acknowledge that such adjustments may not always be documented with specificity.
