Scope of Services and Term. Subject to the provisions for early termination as set forth herein, the Contractor agrees that it will perform the Services enumerated in the scope of services attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference (the “Scope of Services”) for a term of one (1) year beginning , 2024 through , 2025 (the “Term”). The Authority in its sole discretion may extend the Agreement for two (2) additional one (1) -year periods, for a potential maximum term of three (3) years. The Authority will provide any such renewal notice in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to expiration of the Agreement. The maximum payment for the Term is set forth in Section II(a). All work shall be diligently performed by the Contractor in an economical, expeditious and professional manner.

Scope of Services and Term. A. CITY agrees to provide and dedicate to GVSD a sworn police officer to serve as the School Resource Officer (SRO) for GVSD on GVSD campus. The officer shall serve up to 50% of his/her time on GVSD campus, except during critical incidents or other emergencies, which may arise, which may require his/her presence elsewhere in the city. B. Representatives of the CITY and GVSD shall make recommendations for the SRO position to the CITY Chief of Police, who shall assign such officer. C. The term of the Agreement shall commence and expire June 30, 2026, unless extended by mutual written consent. Written notice of intent to negotiate an additional extension shall be given by the party desiring such extension no later than March 1, 2026.
Scope of Services and Term. 1.1 The City engages the Firm to provide legal services as it relates to the foreclosure of identified City code enforcement liens and for other legal services as may arise from time to time. This is a non-exclusive Agreement and the City reserves the right to contract with individuals or firms to provide the same or similar services. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, in the event that no funds are appropriated or budgeted by the City in any fiscal year to pay the costs associated with the City’s obligations under this Agreement, or in the event the funds budgeted or appropriated are, or are estimated by the City to be, insufficient to pay the costs associated with the City’s obligations hereunder in any fiscal period and the City is not seeking the same or similar services from a competitor of Firm, then the City will notify Firm of such occurrence and either the City or Firm may terminate this Agreement by notifying the other in writing, which notice shall specify a date of termination no earlier than twenty-four (24) hours after giving of such notice. Termination in accordance with the preceding sentence shall be without penalty or expense to the City of any kind whatsoever.

Scope of Services and Term. 1.1 The City engages the Law Firm to provide legal representation to the City. Specifically, the City engages Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Esq., of the Law Firm to provide legal services for an hourly fee of $375.00. The legal services to be provided are generally related to assisting the City with regards to specific legal services as assigned by the City. However, the parties reserve the right to expand the scope of this Agreement for legal services on an as-needed basis. The term of this Agreement shall be open-ended without a term with the parties retaining the right to terminate upon written notice to the other party. Termination of this Agreement shall not affect any rights, obligations, and liabilities of the parties arising out of transactions which occurred prior to termination.
Scope of Services and Term. A. XXXX agrees to provide and dedicate to NEVADA COUNTY a sworn police officer to work alongside probation officers to further AB 109 initiatives. (the “AB 109 Officer”) The AB 109 Officer shall serve up to those number of yearly hours working on probation efforts, not to exceed the compensation as outlined in this agreement. The officer will work in partnership with the Probation Department on adult drug court and other initiatives in furtherance of the AB109 objectives. B. Representatives of the CITY and NEVADA COUNTY shall make recommendations for the AB 109 Officer position to the CITY Chief of Police who shall assign such officer. C. The term of the Agreement shall commence July 1, 2023 and conclude June 30, 2024, unless extended by mutual written consent. If the parties find it mutually desirable to extend this Agreement, additional one-year extensions may be negotiated annually. Written notice of intent to negotiate an additional one-year extension shall be given by the party desiring such extension no later than May 1st of each year.

Scope of Services and Term. ECS shall provide Goods and Services as requested by CUSTOMER. The term of this Agreement shall expire upon CUSTOMER being reclassified as Inactive, as defined in section 5, or 30 days after written notice by either party to the address listed below, unless the term is modified as permitted for in the section Changes to this Agreement.
