Common use of Changing our Agreement Clause in Contracts

Changing our Agreement. a. During the term of our Agreement, we may need to change the terms or charges of our Agreement due to circumstances beyond our control, including changes in law, urgent changes required for security reasons, changes by one of our Suppliers of the terms on which they supply services to us or to the functionality or nature of a Service or its underly- ing technology. We are therefore not always able to provide you with ongoing supply of a Service on the same terms and conditions that existed when we first commenced provid- ing that Service to you.
