Provision of Program Services. Subject to clause 81 [Specialist Service Providers] and clause 88 [Transition in], the Provider must provide the Program Services to all Participants who are Referred to, or who Directly Register with, the Provider: in accordance with this Agreement and any Guidelines; where the Participant has a Current Assessment, subject to clauses 120 [Change of Circumstances Reassessment during Period of Service], 127 [Changing the Level of Ongoing Support for Disability Employment Services – Employment Support Service Participants] and clause 129 [Change of Circumstances Reassessment during Ongoing Support], in accordance with that Assessment; and for the relevant Period of Service and any period of Ongoing Support.

Provision of Program Services a. The SUB-RECIPIENT shall not on the ground of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, handicap or familial status exclude any person from participation in, deny any person the benefits of, or subject any person to discrimination under any program or activity funded in whole or in part with Measure H funds.

  • Provision of the Services B1 The Services

  • Provision of Services (a) The HSP will provide the Services in accordance with, and otherwise comply with: the terms of this Agreement, including the Service Plan; Applicable Law; and Applicable Policy.

  • Subcontracting for the Provision of Services (a) The parties acknowledge that, subject to the provisions of the Enabling Legislation, the HSP may subcontract the provision of some or all of the Services. For the purposes of this Agreement, actions taken or not taken by the subcontractor, and Services provided by the subcontractor, will be deemed actions taken or not taken by the HSP, and Services provided by the HSP.

  • Provision of the Service Okta provides the Service to Customer under the Agreement. In connection with the Service, the parties anticipate that Okta may Process Customer Data that contains Personal Data relating to Data Subjects.

  • The Services The HSP agrees to provide the Services on the terms and conditions of this PFA including all of its Appendices and schedules.

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.
