Common use of Changing Sweep Selection Clause in Contracts

Changing Sweep Selection. If Customer changes its sweep selection, Bank may initiate such transfers and/or redemptions as are necessary to effect the request. Bank may require Customer to make the request in writing but is not required to do so if it reasonably believes the request to be authentic. Bank will have a reasonable time after receipt of notice to effect the change.
