Channel Sharing Documents. Each party shall notify the other of all documents filed with or received from the FCC with respect to this Agreement, the transactions contemplated hereby or the Shared Channel, and shall provide the other with copies of such documents to the extent permitted by FCC rules and other applicable laws.
