Channelization Revision. The STATE may request that a condition of Development Approval be the construction of channelization improvements to mitigate LOS or HAL impacts, or in conjunction with the approval of an access connection, or if warranted, pursuant to the Washington State Department of Transportation Design Manual. Improvements shall be constructed pursuant to State specifications and approved by the STATE. Additionally, a developer may request channelization as part of its development application, such requests shall be submitted through the [ ] to the STATE for STATE's approval. All such requests shall be accompanied by a channelization plan and Channelization Plan Checklist Exhibit D, attached, and the STATE shall have sole authority to approve such plans.
