Traffic Analysis Sample Clauses

Traffic Analysis. The [ ] shall require a developer to submit a Traffic Impact Analysis Checklist (Exhibit B, attached) and a Channelization Plan Checklist (Exhibit D, attached) as part of the developer’s development application. See Section 5.1. At a minimum, the traffic analysis shall consist of Section 1 of the checklist, fully completed and signed by the developer. The STATE may only require a traffic study consistent with Section 2 of the checklist if one of the following two conditions is met: (1) the development generates more than [NEGOTIABLE: e.g., 50 PM] peak-hour trips; or, (2) the development will add [NEGOTIABLE: e.g., ten (10)] or more PM peak-hour trips to an LOS "F" intersection or HAL location. Only the STATE may waive the requirement for traffic analysis studies. a. STATE will use [ ] approved trip reduction credits for TDM measures in determining traffic impacts on State transportation facilities. b. STATE may request supplemental information and analysis as necessary to determine development impacts, if any, on State transportation facilities. Supplemental information may include explanatory information, detailed documentation or further analysis to clarify or expand on data provided in the traffic analysis.
Traffic Analysis. Conduct traffic analysis and studies as requested. Assess existing and proposed facilities to demonstrate their impacts on traffic operations. Tasks provided can encompass a varying scale of studies from qualitative justifications to full detailed reporting and modeling depending on the City’s needs.
Traffic AnalysisThe ENGINEER shall perform work for the Mobility Authority to analyze up to three scenarios using the year 2040 T&R forecasts developed by the T&R consultant. This task will generally include volume development for the AM and PM peak hours, developing corridor models, and compiling and comparing the results. Task 1: Volume Development Utilizing area traffic counts and the 24-hour volumes from the T&R study prepared by the T&R Consultant, the ENGINEER will develop a line diagram depicting AM and PM peak hour volumes. • Line diagram depicting AM and PM peak hour volumes.
Traffic Analysis. Xxxxxxx will use the published existing ADT from available County maps. Xxxxxxx will coordinate with CMAP to obtain 2030 traffic projections.
Traffic Analysis. The purpose of this activity is to evaluate existing and proposed traffic conditions. Documentation of the operational analysis will be prepared under the WSDOT coordination task for the ICE. The work performed in this task will support the ICE, but development of the documentation required for the ICE is included in the WSDOT coordination task efforts. Task 7.1 – Traffic Data Collection and Evaluation The CONSULTANT shall collect existing traffic turning movements at the intersection for use in the traffic analysis. Traffic counts will be collected at the NB and SB I-5 ramp intersections with Tumwater Blvd. CONSULTANT will perform a review of the traffic data collected. Task 7.2 – Existing Conditions Evaluation The CONSULTANT will review existing traffic data collected for the project for use in the traffic analysis. Existing conditions and deficiencies will be documented. Task 7.3 – Traffic Volume Projections The CONSULTANT shall develop traffic volumes for the opening year of the roundabout, and the design year of the roundabout for use in the traffic analysis. Traffic projections will be determined using historical data and local traffic model growth projections. CONSULTANT will coordinate with WSDOT Olympic Region traffic staff for approval of traffic projections. Traffic volumes will be developed for the AM and PM peak hours for existing conditions, the opening year of the roundabout, and the design year of the roundabout. Task 7.4 – Traffic Analysis The CONSULTANT shall perform an operational analysis for the improvements at the intersection to satisfy the requirements of the ICE. The analysis will evaluate existing conditions, a traffic signal, and a roundabout. The roundabout will be evaluated using Sidra software and the signal alternative will be evaluated using Synchro. The traffic analysis will follow WSDOT’s protocol for analysis program settings. The operational analysis will include evaluation of future operations of a multi-lane roundabout at the SB I-5 ramp intersection with Tumwater Blvd to confirm that there are no issues with queuing between the intersections in the future. The SB I-5 ramp terminal will not be evaluated for the interim conditions. Traffic operations for the NB I-5 ramp terminal will be analyzed for the following scenarios: • Existing conditions AM/PM peak hours (existing control, roundabout, traffic signal) • Opening year AM/PM peak hours (existing control, roundabout, traffic signal) • Design year AM/PM peak hours (ex...
Traffic Analysis. 1.1.1.1 High level analysis and related discussion; 1.1.1.2 Facilitation of two meetings to discuss transportation; 1.1.1.3 Document relationships involved with transportation issues – coordination between Missoula County, District, and Montana Department of Transportation;
Traffic Analysis. 13 The traffic operation analyses to support the environmental air quality and noise studies for the Dos Lagos 14 segment is done under a separate contract. The findings from that traffic study will be incorporated into the 15 CEQA analysis for the Dos Lagos segment of Temescal Canyon Road.
Traffic Analysis. 18 The traffic operation analyses will support the environmental air quality study and noise study for Temescal 00 Xxxxxx Xxxx Improvements between I-15/Temescal Canyon interchange and X-00/Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx 00 interchange. Temescal Canyon Road would be widened to be a 4-lane roadway between following three 21 segments, which will be described and analyzed as separate projects within one comprehensive traffic 22 analysis report: 23 24 1. Xxxxxx Canyon Road to 0.7 miles north 25 2. Xxxxx Road to Dos Lagos Drive
Traffic AnalysisConsultant shall perform traffic analysis for all traffic count locations, and identify deficiencies and the year the deficiency is expected to occur. Operational analysis for all facilities, regardless of jurisdiction, must include: o v/c ratio o LOS o queuing o turning movements All traffic volumes must use the 30th Highest Hour. All traffic count analysis must be submitted to TPAU, WOCPM, City, and RVMPO.
Traffic Analysis. Consultant shall prepare a traffic analysis on the Preferred Scenario to assess the impacts on the transportation system. Consultant shall use the TPAU provided outputs of the BMPO regional travel demand model maintained by TPAU to prepare the traffic analysis. The traffic analysis must be post processed and must measure impacts against both the revised performance measures and adopted standards. Consultant shall allow three (3) weeks for output after a model request has been submitted and verified for completeness. Consultant shall use the Model Request Form available at: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/ODOT/TD/TP/Pages/Tools.aspx#modeling. The planning horizon year is the most current BMPO model year to provide consistency with other local and regional planning efforts. Consultant shall prepare Transportation Analysis Zone data and network changes for the Preferred Scenario model run. The analysis must use the BMPO travel demand model that is available at the time the model request is made. The Project must not delay for revisions to the existing or future BMPO models. For City roadways, the Consultant shall follow the City Roundabout Design Guidelines which includes analysis criteria for intersections. The City has developed roundabout capacity analysis methods based on the system of roundabouts in the City - xxxx://xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/index.aspx?page=173. Consultant shall provide all traffic analysis work in electronic format (as Synchro, HCS+, or Micro Station, etc. files). 1.
