Chapter 2.6 Compliance Not Included in Purpose. It is the intention of the Member Jurisdictions in executing the Agreement to exempt Napa County and the Member Jurisdictions from the requirements of Chapter 2.6 of Division 1 of Title 7 (commencing with Government Code section 65088) pertaining to congestion management planning, as permitted by Government Code section 65088.3. For this reason, compliance with Chapter 2.6 shall not be deemed to be a purpose of NCTPA.
