Chapter Meetings. On reasonable advance notice, at least twenty-four (24) hours, to the College President, the Union Chapter Representative may schedule Union Chapter meetings during normal operating hours in the buildings of the College, provided no meetings of the bargaining unit members have been scheduled by the College President or the Chancellor for the same time, and provided that no bargaining unit member shall be released from his scheduled employment for such meetings. These meetings shall be subject to space availability. After a Union Chapter meeting has been scheduled, no new meetings involving bargaining unit members shall be scheduled or held at the same time, except for bona fide operational emergencies, and the College President shall so inform the bargaining unit.
Chapter Meetings. If a classified employee wishes to attend regularly 15 scheduled Chapter meetings, the District will allow such attendance during the 16 employees regular work day hours with prior written approval from his/her 17 immediate supervisor. The absence for this meeting is not to exceed two (2) hours. 18 The employee must make up their entire missed time within five (5) business days. 19
Chapter Meetings. The Congress shall have the right to schedule one regular and one emergency Congress chapter meeting per month during normal operating hours at a college at times mutually agreeable to the college President and the union. Subject to the operating needs of the college, non-teaching professional staff members shall be allowed to rearrange their schedules to attend such meetings provided, however, that the revised work schedule be approved by the appropriate management representative. Individuals shall not be required to reschedule mutually agreed upon time periods spent in such meetings provided that their work responsibilities are fulfilled. Teaching obligations take precedence over attendance at such meetings. Normal college procedures will be followed in scheduling available space.
Chapter Meetings. As the exclusive representative of the classified bargaining unit, CSEA will continue to have a regularly scheduled monthly chapter meeting. Classified employees shall be given one hour of release time to attend. Advanced notice to supervisors will be given. Every effort will be made to allow for participation by the employee unless unusual circumstances arise.
Chapter Meetings. A. Chapters may have meetings of their membership concerning chapter functions.
B. Meetings would likely occur before or after trainings provided by chapters.
C. Chapter meetings will be advertised in the FAPT Newsletter at no cost. Chapters must meet submission deadlines for the Newsletter: The first day of January, April, July, and October.

Chapter Meetings. The school chapter of WTU, upon written notification to the supervisor by the building representative or his/her designee of its desire to meet, shall be permitted to meet within the school during the lunch period or outside of regular school hours under circumstances which will not interfere with the instructional programs or the total school use. The notice shall include the planned attendance at such meetings of persons other than members of the school chapter. Normally, there shall be at least a twenty-four (24) hour notice given. Expenses incident to the meeting, other than those normally a part of the school operation, shall be borne by the Union.
Chapter Meetings. All SEIU members who attend Chapter meetings will not be compensated for time spent during the meeting.
Chapter Meetings. On or before the last school day in September the WTU building representative shall notify the building supervisor of the dates during the school year when the WTU school chapter will hold its regularly scheduled meetings. These meetings shall be held during the school lunch period or outside of regular school hours under circumstances that will not interfere with the school’s instructional programs. Within 24 hours of each meeting, the WTU building representative shall notify the building supervisor of the names of persons other than chapter members or union officials who plan to attend.
