Character of Land for Subdivision. ‌ All land to be subdivided shall be, in the judgment of the Board, of such character that it can be used for building purposes without danger to public health or safety, or to the environment. Land subject to periodic flooding, poor drainage, or other hazardous conditions, shall not ordinarily be subdivided. Land with inadequate capacity for sanitary sewage disposal shall not be subdivided. Plats for the subdivision of land shall conform with all regulations of the Board, the Zoning Ordinances, and the Water Pollution Control Regulations and other applicable by-laws, ordinances, and regulations at both State and local levels.
