All improvements which were considered in determining the Appraised Value of the Mortgaged Property lay wholly within the boundaries and building restriction lines of the Mortgaged Property, and no improvements on adjoining properties encroach upon the Mortgaged Property. No improvement located on or being part of the Mortgaged Property is in violation of any applicable zoning law or regulation;

Except as insured against by the title insurance policy referenced in Paragraph (q) above, all improvements which were considered in determining the Appraised Value of the Mortgaged Property lay wholly within the boundaries and building restriction lines of the Mortgaged Property and no improvements on adjoining properties encroach upon the Mortgaged Property. As of the date of origination of such Mortgage Loan, to the best of the Seller's knowledge, all improvements that were considered in determining the Appraised Value of the related Mortgaged Property lay wholly within the boundaries and building restriction lines of such Mortgaged Property, and no improvements on adjoining properties encroach upon such Mortgaged Property except as permitted under the terms of the FNMA Guide and the FHLMC Selling Guide; to the best of the Seller's knowledge, no improvement located on or part of any Mortgaged Property is in violation of any applicable zoning law or regulation, and all inspections, licenses and certificates required to be made or issued with respect to all occupied portions of such Mortgaged Property, and with respect to the use and occupancy of the same, including certificates of occupancy, have been made or obtained from the appropriate authorities;

As of the date of origination of such Mortgage Loan, to the best of the Seller’s knowledge, all improvements that were considered in determining the Appraised Value of the related Mortgaged Property lay wholly within the boundaries and building restriction lines of such Mortgaged Property, and no improvements on adjoining properties encroach upon such Mortgaged Property. No improvement located on or being part of the Mortgaged Property is in violation of any applicable zoning and building law, ordinance or regulation. All seller and/or builder concessions have been subtracted from the Appraised Value of the Mortgaged Property for purposes of determining the LTV.
Location of Improvements; No Encroachments. All improvements which were considered in determining the Appraised Value of the Mortgaged Property lay wholly within the boundaries and building restriction lines of the Mortgaged Property, no improvements on adjoining properties to which value was assigned encroach upon the Mortgaged Property; further, the value of the Mortgaged Property is not diminished by any improvements on adjoining properties which encroach the Mortgaged Property. No improvement located on or being part of the Mortgaged Property (upon which value was given in determining the Appraised Value) is in violation of any applicable zoning law or regulation; provided, that in no event shall a legal nonconforming use of the Mortgaged Property be considered a violation of any such zoning law or regulation.

As of the date of origination of such Mortgage Loan, all improvements that were considered in determining the Appraised Value of the related Mortgaged Property lay wholly within the boundaries and building restriction lines of such Mortgaged Property or, with respect to each Cooperative Loan, the Cooperative Unit and no improvements on adjoining properties encroach upon such Mortgaged Property or, with respect to each Cooperative Loan, the Cooperative Unit except as permitted under the terms of the FNMA Guide and the FHLMC Selling Guide; no improvement located on or part of any Mortgaged Property or, with respect to each Cooperative Loan, the Cooperative Unit is in violation of any applicable zoning law or regulation, and all inspections, licenses and certificates required to be made or issued with respect to all occupied portions of such Mortgaged Property, and with respect to the use and occupancy of the same, including certificates of occupancy, have been made or obtained from the appropriate authorities;

All improvements which were considered in determining the Appraised Value of the Mortgaged Property lay wholly within the boundaries and building restriction lines of the Mortgaged Property, and no improvements on adjoining properties encroach upon the Mortgaged Propert, except for deminimis encroachments acceptable to a prudent mortgage lender that originates mortgage loans similar to the Mortgage Loan in the jurisdiction where the Mortgaged Property is located that will have no adverse affect on the value of the property, provided that any such encroaching improvements are stated in the applicable title insurance policy and affirmatively insured over. No improvement located on or being part of the Mortgaged Property is in violation of any applicable zoning law or regulation;
