Characteristics of Obligors. As of the date of each Obligor's application for the loan from which the related Receivable arises, such Obligor (a) did not have any material past due credit obligations or any personal or real property repossessed or wages garnished within one year prior to the date of such application, unless such amounts have been repaid or discharged through bankruptcy, (b) was not the subject of any Federal, State or other bankruptcy, insolvency or similar proceeding pending on the date of application that is not discharged, (c) had not been the subject of more than one Federal, State or other bankruptcy, insolvency or similar proceeding, and (d) was domiciled in the United States.
Characteristics of Obligors. As of the date of each Obligor’s application for financing of the vehicle purchase from which the related Receivable arises, such Obligor was domiciled in the United States. As of the Closing Date (in the case of the Initial Receivables) or the related Subsequent Transfer Date (in the case of the Subsequent Receivables), no Obligor is or will be, to the knowledge of CPS, the subject of any Federal, State or other bankruptcy, insolvency or similar proceeding other than an Obligor related to a Post-Petition Receivable.

During the period from the date of each Obligor's application for financing of the vehicle purchase from which the related Receivable arises to the Closing Date (in the case of the Initial Receivables) or the related Subsequent Transfer Date (in the case of the Subsequent Receivables), no Obligor is or has been the subject of any Federal, State or other bankruptcy, insolvency or similar proceeding other than an Obligor related to a Section 341 Receivable.
Characteristics of Obligors. As of the applicable Cutoff Date, no Obligor on any Receivable was noted in the related records of Asta Funding or in the Receivable Files (A) as having been unemployed or (B) as having no verifiable address during the year immediately preceding the origination of the related Receivable.

As of the date of each Obligor's application for the loan from which each Related Receivable that is a CPS Receivable arises, such Obligor (a) did not have any material past due credit obligations or any personal or real property repossessed or wages garnished within one year prior to the date of such application, unless such amounts have been repaid or discharged through bankruptcy, (b) was not the subject of any federal, State or other bankruptcy, insolvency or similar proceeding pending on the date of application that has not been discharged, (c) had not been the subject of more than one Federal, State or other bankruptcy, insolvency or similar proceeding, (d) was domiciled in the United States and (e) was not self-employed.

Each Obligor is a resident of the United States of America and, as of the Cutoff Date, no Obligor on any Receivable (A) was the subject of any federal, state or other bankruptcy, insolvency or similar proceeding pending on the date of application that is not discharged, (B) was currently the subject of a judgment in favor of any Seller, (C) had its related Financed Vehicle repossessed (or subject to repossession) or (D) had its related Receivable rewritten.

As of the date of each Obligor’s application for financing of the vehicle purchase from which the related Receivable arises, such Obligor (a) was not the subject of any Federal, State or other bankruptcy, insolvency or similar proceeding pending on the date of application that has not completed a Section 341 Meeting or been discharged, (b) had not been the subject of more than one Federal, State or other bankruptcy, insolvency or similar proceeding, and (c) was domiciled in the United States. During the period from the date of each Obligor’s application for financing of the vehicle purchase from which the related Receivable arises to the Closing Date, no Obligor is or has been the subject of any Federal, State or other bankruptcy, insolvency or similar proceeding other than an Obligor related to a Section 341 Receivable.

As of the Cutoff Date, no Obligor on any Receivable (A) was the subject of any federal, state or other bankruptcy, insolvency or similar proceeding pending on the date of application that is not discharged, (B) was currently the subject of a judgment in favor of Paragon, and (C) had its related Financed Vehicle repossessed (or subject to repossession).

As of the date of each Obligor's application for credit from which the Related Receivable that is a CPS Receivable arises, such Obligor (a) did not have any material past due credit obligations or any personal or real property repossessed or wages garnished within one year prior to the date of such application, unless such amounts have been repaid or discharged through bankruptcy, (b) was not the subject of any Federal, State or other bankruptcy, insolvency or similar proceeding pending on the date of application that has not been discharged, (c) had not been the subject of more than one Federal, State or other bankruptcy, insolvency or similar proceeding that has not completed a Xxxxxxx 000 Xxxxxxx, (x) was domiciled in the United States and (e) was not self-employed. During the period from the date of each Obligor's application for financing of the Financed Vehicle from which the related Receivable arises to the applicable Funding Date, no Obligor is or has been the subject of any Federal, State or other bankruptcy, insolvency or similar proceeding that has not completed a Section 341 Meeting.

As of the date of each Obligor’s application for financing of the vehicle purchase from which the related Receivable arises, such Obligor (a) was not the subject of any Federal, State or other bankruptcy, insolvency or similar proceeding pending on the date of application that has not completed a Section 341 Meeting or been discharged and (b) was domiciled in the United States. During the period from the date of each Obligor’s application for financing of the vehicle purchase from which the related Receivable arises to the Closing Date (in the case of the Initial Receivables) or the related Subsequent Transfer Date (in the case of the Subsequent Receivables), no Obligor is or has been the subject of any Federal, State or other bankruptcy, insolvency or similar proceeding other than an Obligor related to a Section 341 Receivable.
