Examples of Section 341 Meeting in a sentence
As of the date of each Obligor’s application for financing of the vehicle purchase from which the related Receivable arises, such Obligor (a) was not the subject of any Federal, State or other bankruptcy, insolvency or similar proceeding pending on the date of application that has not completed a Section 341 Meeting or been discharged, (b) had not been the subject of more than one Federal, State or other bankruptcy, insolvency or similar proceeding, and (c) was domiciled in the United States.
During the period from the date of each Obligor's application for financing of the Financed Vehicle from which the related Receivable arises to the applicable Funding Date, no Obligor is or has been the subject of any Federal, State or other bankruptcy, insolvency or similar proceeding that has not completed a Section 341 Meeting.
