Characteristics of this level. (a) A person employed as a Social and community services employee level 8 is subject to broad direction from senior officers and will exercise managerial responsibility for the organisation’s relevant activity. In addition, employees may operate as a senior specialist providing multi-functional advice to either various departments or directly to the organisation.
