Common use of Charge Disputes Clause in Contracts

Charge Disputes. If you dispute any payment with your credit card company or bank, and such dispute is resolved in Marketing 360®’s favor, you will be assessed a charge of $100 per dispute initiated. You acknowledge that this amount is not a penalty, but a reasonable amount of liquidated damages to compensate Marketing 360® for the additional costs incurred in defending your payment dispute.
