Common use of Charge for Reconnection of Service Clause in Contracts

Charge for Reconnection of Service. The Company may charge and collect in advance the dollar amount specified on Tariff Sheet "Charge for Reconnection of Service," Sheet No. 82, for reconnecting a customer's service after service is disconnected because of nonpayment of the bill when due or when service is discontinued because of unauthorized or fraudulent use, tampering with Company equipment, or denial of access to the premises as set out in Section II Paragraph 9, Access to Premises, of these GAS SERVICE REGULATIONS.
