Common use of Charge Method Clause in Contracts

Charge Method. 3.1 If the agreed Charge Method is the Room Hire Option, the charges payable by the Hirer to the Manager, shall, to the extent applicable, subject to clause 3.3, be the aggregate of the following: 3.1.1 the Room Hire Charge specified in the Hire Form; and 3.1.2 the Equipment Charge specified in the Hire Form; and 3.1.3 the Service Charge specified in the Hire Form; and
