CHARGES AND INVOICING. 11.1 The Customer shall pay to the Service Provider: (a) the Monthly Service Fee; (b) Injection Charges; (c) Withdrawal Charges; and (d) Overrun Charges, (together “Charges”) each calculated in accordance with this Agreement. 11.2 Amounts in respect of Charges stated in this Agreement are exclusive of applicable value added tax (“VAT”), other Taxes and the Climate Change Levy.
