Common use of Charges and Non-Payment Clause in Contracts

Charges and Non-Payment. Responsibility for payment of charges due under this Agreement rests entirely with the student. Payment of charges will be made pursuant to the procedures and schedule agreed upon by the Office of Finance and Treasury. Failure to make payments as agreed will subject the student, under the University Regulations on Payment Responsibilities, to certain implications.
