Dining. The University shall provide faculty dining facilities comparable to those that currently exist.
Dining. 21.6.1. Dining service, including where and how it will be offered to residential students, is subject to the discretion of the University and is subject to modification to address public health concerns. Due to health and safety guidance adopted by the University or UNK Dining, Dining may limit the occupancy of dining halls, limit the amount of time students may reside within dining halls or make other operational adjustments needed to address health and safety concerns.
Dining. Our meal time is intended to be a relaxing social function. Our FSCH staff will provide table- waited service to all residents. We offer 3 nutritionally balanced meals, and a snack before bed, which are included in your monthly R & B. Menus are prepared in advance and are available for review if desired.

Dining. A restaurant or date of a meal may be substituted at any time due to reasons beyond our control. We cannot guarantee any that a venue can offer meals catering to specific dietary requirements. We will endeavour to liaise with operators, where possible, but cannot guarantee these requirements.

A. Selecting a Meal Plan
1. Carefully review the complete Meal Plan policies and conditions before selecting a plan. Complete information is available on the USD Dining website via the Meal Plan pages.
2. Based on your housing and/or unit status you may be required to purchase a Meal Plan. All transfers with less than 60 units, and all first year and second year residents, are required to have a plan.
a. The minimum Required Meal Plan will be pre-assigned to resident's account prior to the first Meal Plan meal date for both the fall and spring semesters.
b. Required Plans may be increased, but may not be reduced or canceled at any time.
3. Residents with more than 60 units may select the voluntary Meal Plan of their choice online via the MySanDiego portal within the New Student, or My Torero Services, tab.
a. All Residents must have their official USD Torero ID number to select a Meal Plan.
Dining. Meals will be provided during orientation, and fall & winter training. During Fall and Spring breaks, and Winter Term, ONLY staff members on duty will receive meals or meal equivalent funds.
