Common use of Charges and Payments Clause in Contracts

Charges and Payments. 3.1 The all-inclusive Service fee for the Services under this Agreement shall be [currency code] [amount in numbers] ([amount in words]), which is the total charge to IOM. 3.2 The Service Provider shall invoice IOM upon completion of all the Services.
