Surviving Sections Sample Clauses

Surviving Sections. The obligations of any party that have been incurred prior to the effective date of termination (including, without limitation, the obligations of Customer regarding payment of Services Fees and Expenses), and other provisions of this Agreement that by their nature extend beyond the expiration or termination of this Agreement, shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding the expiration or termination of this Agreement and whether or not an invoice has been rendered with respect thereto.

Surviving Sections. Notwithstanding any Sections of this Agreement to the contrary, Sections 6.1, 6.2, 7.2, 8.5 and 8.6 shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

Surviving Sections. The provisions of Sections 5.10, 5.11, 8.4, 8.5, 8.6, 9.4, 11.1 and 11.3, and Articles 12, 13, 15, 16 and 20 shall continue in force in accordance with their respective terms notwithstanding expiry or termination of this Agreement for any reason. In addition, the provisions of Sections 7.1 and 7.2 shall survive the expiry or termination of this Agreement solely to the extent of any amounts owing under this Agreement and which have not been paid as of such expiration or termination.

Surviving Sections. The provisions of Sections 5.11, 5.12, 5.13, 7.5, 9.3, 9.4 and 9.5 and Articles 10, 12, 14, 15 and 16, and any other provisions necessary and proper to give effect to the intention of the Parties as to the effect of the Agreement after termination, shall continue in force in accordance with their respective terms notwithstanding expiry or termination of this Agreement for any reason.

Surviving Sections. The provisions of Sections 1, 4.4-4.12, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10.3-10.5, 11 shall continue in force in accordance with their respective terms notwithstanding expiry or termination of this License Agreement for any reason.

Surviving Sections. Sections 1 (Confidentiality) and 2 (Ownership of Inventions) of Exhibit 2 of the Agreement shall survive any termination of this Agreement for the period of five (5) years from the execution of this agreement.

Surviving Sections. All sections of this agreement involving the protection of the property of THE AUTHOR and the proprietary nature of the contents and use of THE SOFTWARE shall survive any termination of this agreement.

Surviving Sections. Those provisions which by their nature should, or by their express terms do, survive or extend beyond termination or expiration of this Agreement shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.

Surviving Sections. If the term of the Agreement expires or is terminated for any reason before Customer has paid to Sabre all of the sums due, the Agreement will survive such expiration or termination to the extent necessary to protect Sabre’s rights until all sums owed to Sabre have been paid. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary referenced herein, Sections 3(b), 4,12,13,14, 17,19, and 20 will survive the termination of this Agreement

Surviving Sections. If the term of the Agreement expires or is otherwise terminated for any reason before Customer has paid to American all of the sums due, the Agreement the Schedule A and all Supplements shall survive such expiration or termination to the extent necessary to protect American's rights until all sums owed to American have been paid. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary referenced herein, Articles 6, 8, 11 and 12 shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
