Charges Not Previously Invoiced. Without limiting RNK’s obligation to pay Verizon’s invoices described in the foregoing provisions of this section 3.8, Verizon may, but shall not be required to, use a true up to recover from RNK any transitional rate increases described in section 3 of this Amendment that RNK has incurred but for which Verizon has not already billed to RNK.
