Hybrid Loops. Sprint will provide CLEC access to Hybrid Loops for the provision of narrowband services as provided below. Sprint is not required to provide unbundled access to the packet switched features, functions, and capabilities of its Hybrid Loops.

Hybrid Loops. 80.5.1. A “Hybrid Loop” is a Local Loop composed of both fiber, usually in the feeder plant, and copper wire or cable, usually in the distribution plant. At **CLEC’s request, CenturyLink shall provide **CLEC access to a Hybrid Loop as set forth in this Section.
