45.10.1. When CLEC requests access to a Hybrid Loop for the provision of narrowband services, Embarq will
(a) Provide non-discriminatory unbundled access to the entire Hybrid Loop capable of providing voice-grade service (i.e., equivalent to DS0 capacity) using time division multiplexing, or
(b) Provide non-discriminatory unbundled access to a spare Copper Loop serving that end-user.
Hybrid Loops. Sprint will provide CLEC access to Hybrid Loops for the provision of broadband and narrowband services as provided below. Sprint is not required to provide unbundled access to the packet switched features, functions, and capabilities of its Hybrid Loops.
44.8.1. When CLEC requests access to a Hybrid Loop for the provision of broadband service, Sprint will provide CLEC, on an unbundled basis, with non-discriminatory access to the time division multiplexing features, functions, and capabilities of that Hybrid Loop, including DS1 and DS3 capacity, to the extent the Commission or FCC has determined that impairment exists, to establish a transmission path between Sprint’s Central Office and the CLEC’s end-user’s premises.
44.8.2. When CLEC requests access to a Hybrid Loop for the provision of narrowband services, Sprint will
44.8.2.1. Provide non-discriminatory unbundled access to the entire Hybrid Loop capable of providing voice-grade service (i.e. equivalent to DS0 capacity) using time division multiplexing, or
44.8.2.2. Provide non-discriminatory unbundled access to a spare Copper Loop serving that end-user.

Hybrid Loops. Sprint will provide KMC access to Hybrid Loops for the provision of broadband and narrowband services as provided below. Sprint is not required to provide unbundled access to the packet switched features, functions, and capabilities of its Hybrid Loops.
7.11.1. When KMC requests access to a Hybrid Loop for the provision of broadband service, Sprint will provide KMC, on an unbundled basis, with non-discriminatory access to the time division multiplexing features, functions, and capabilities of that Hybrid Loop, including DS1 and DS3 capacity, to the extent available under this Agreement, to establish a transmission path between Sprint’s Central Office and the KMC end user’s premises. This access shall include access to all features, functions, and capabilities of the hybrid loop that are not used to transmit packetized information.
7.11.2. When KMC requests access to a Hybrid Loop for the provision of narrowband services, Sprint will
Hybrid Loops. Brightspeed will provide CLEC access to Hybrid Loops for the provision of narrowband services as provided below.
66.10.1 When CLEC requests access to a Hybrid Loop for the provision of narrowband services, Brightspeed may elect to provide CLEC nondiscriminatory access either to an entire Hybrid Loop capable of voice grade services (i.e., equivalent to DS0 capacity) using Time Division Multiplexing, or to a spare Copper Loop serving that customer on an unbundled basis. Brightspeed shall not be required to provide CLEC unbundled access to the Packet Switched features, functions and capabilities of a Hybrid Loop.
Hybrid Loops. AT&T will provide access to unbundled Hybrid Loops as required by FCC Rule 51.319(a)(2).
