Charges & Payment. 9.1 MICROSOFT shall pay WORLDSPAN’S standard hourly rate for Additional Development Services provided pursuant to this Agreement. 9.2 MICROSOFT shall pay all amounts hereunder calculated pursuant to the formulas and otherwise in the manner set forth in this Agreement. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of each monthly invoice.
