CHARGES UNDER CALL OFF AGREEMENTS. 9.1 For the avoidance of doubt any change to the Framework Support Rates and/or the Other Charges (as the case may be) implemented pursuant to this Framework Schedule 3 are made independently of, and, subject always to paragraphs 1.1 and 1.2 of this Framework Schedule 3 and shall not affect the Call Off Support Rates or Other Charges applicable to a Call Off Agreement in force at the time a change to the Framework Support Rates and/or the Other Charges (as the case may be) is implemented. 9.2 Any variation to the Call Off Support Rates and/or the Other Charges (as the case may be) under a Call Off Agreement must be agreed between the Supplier and the relevant Contracting Body and implemented in accordance with the provisions applicable to the Call Off Agreement.
