Preliminary Cost Estimates The Engineer shall develop a preliminary cost estimate using the Average Low Bid Unit Price. The Engineer shall estimate the total project cost including preliminary engineering, final engineering, right-of-way (ROW) acquisition, environmental compliance and mitigation, construction, utility relocation, and construction engineering inspection (CEI).
Monthly Billing Statements The Engineer shall request reimbursement of costs incurred by submitting the original and one copy of an itemized billing statement in a form acceptable to the State. The Engineer is authorized to submit requests for reimbursement no more frequently than monthly and no later than ninety (90) days after costs are incurred.
LEAD WARNING STATEMENT Housing built before 1978 may contain lead-based paint. Lead from paint, paint chips, and dust can pose health hazards if not managed properly. Lead exposure is especially harmful to young children and pregnant women. Before renting pre-1978 housing, lessors must disclose the presence of lead-based paint and/or lead-based paint hazards in the dwelling. FORMAT AND CONTENT FOR REGISTRY OPERATOR MONTHLY REPORTING Registry Operator shall provide one set of monthly reports per gTLD, using the API described in draft-‐xxxxxx-‐icann-‐registry-‐interfaces, see Specification 2, Part A, Section 9, reference 5, with the following content. ICANN may request in the future that the reports be delivered by other means and using other formats. ICANN will use reasonable commercial efforts to preserve the confidentiality of the information reported until three (3) months after the end of the month to which the reports relate. Unless set forth in this Specification 3, any reference to a specific time refers to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Monthly reports shall consist of data that reflects the state of the registry at the end of the month (UTC).
DATA USED FOR CALCULATIONS The calculations for payments under this Agreement shall be initially based upon the valuations that are placed upon all taxable property in the District, including the Applicant’s Qualified Property, by the Appraisal District in its annual certified tax roll submitted to the District for each Tax Year pursuant to TEXAS TAX CODE § 26.01 on or about July 25 of each year of this Agreement. Immediately upon receipt of the valuation information by the District, the District shall submit the valuation information to the Third Party selected and appointed under Section 4.3. The certified tax roll data shall form the basis of the calculation of any and all amounts due under this Agreement. All other data utilized by the Third Party to make the calculations contemplated by this Agreement shall be based upon the best available current estimates. The data utilized by the Third Party shall be adjusted from time to time by the Third Party to reflect actual amounts, subsequent adjustments by the Appraisal District to the District’s certified tax roll or any other changes in student counts, tax collections, or other data.
Initial Payment - Transportation Charge Minimum Component Payments by the Agency under the minimum operation, maintenance, power, and replacement component of the Transportation Charge shall commence for each aqueduct reach in the year following the year in which construction of that reach is completed.
Preliminary Cost Estimate Consulting Engineer/Architect shall furnish City an estimate of probable Construction Cost based on the preliminary design. Consulting Engineer/Architect's estimate of probable Construction Cost is to be made on the basis of Consulting Engineer/Architect's experience and qualifications and represent Consulting Engineer/Architect's best judgment as an experienced and qualified design professional, familiar with the construction industry.
PREVAILING WAGE RATES - PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS If any portion of work being Bid is subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the Labor Law, the following shall apply:
BILLING STATEMENTS Attorney will send Client periodic statements for fees and costs incurred. Each statement will be payable within days of its mailing date. Client may request a statement at intervals of no less than 30 days. If Clients requests, Attorney will provide one within 10 days. The statements shall include the amount, rate, basis of calculation or other method of determination of the fees and costs, which costs will be clearly identified by item and amount.
Delivery and Content of Monthly Bills/Supplementary Bills 10.2.1 The SPD shall issue to SECI hard copy of a signed Monthly Xxxx/Supplementary Xxxx for the immediately preceding Month/relevant period based on the issuance of Energy Accounts along with all relevant documents (payments made by SPD for drawal of power, payment of reactive energy charges, Metering charges or any other charges as per guidelines of SERC/CERC, if applicable. Each Monthly Xxxx shall include all charges as per this Agreement for the energy supplied for the relevant Month based on Energy Accounts issued by RPC or any other competent authority which shall be binding on both the Parties. The Monthly Xxxx amount shall be the product of the energy as per Energy Accounts and the Applicable Tariff. Energy drawn from the grid will be regulated as per the regulations of respective State the Project is located in.
