Charitable Contributions. The parties acknowledge that it has been the past practice of Entegris to contribute to charities. The parties intend that Eagle Delaware shall perpetuate charitable giving following the Closing, provided that any such charitable giving shall be as approved from time to time by the Eagle Delaware Board of Directors.
