Charter School Corporate and Legal Status. The School has been incorporated as a Colorado non-profit corporation on March 25, 2019. The School shall continue to operate as a Colorado non-profit corporation and shall assure that its operation is in accordance with its Articles of Incorporation (“Articles”) and adopted Bylaws, as amended from time to time.
