Common use of Chartered Aircraft Clause in Contracts

Chartered Aircraft. The Company hereby agrees that at his election, Executive may travel on chartered aircraft in connection with the performance of his duties hereunder. The Company further agrees that the Executive may continue to charter planes for business travel as is reasonably necessary to efficiently carry out his duties.

Chartered Aircraft. The Company hereby agrees that at his election, from time to time Executive may travel on chartered aircraft in connection with the performance of his duties hereunder. The Company further agrees that the Executive may continue to charter planes for business travel as is reasonably necessary to efficiently carry out his dutiesduties for the Parent Company in Bermuda.
