Common use of Chattels Clause in Contracts

Chattels. By entering into this Agreement of Purchase and Sale, the Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the water heater to be installed in the home will be a rental unit, rented by the Purchaser from a Hot Water Rental provider pursuant to a rental contract and the Purchaser shall assume, on the earlier of occupancy or Closing, any applicable rental contract and/or as the Vendor may require in its Discretion, execute any rental contract with the hot water rental provider. No other chattels are included in the Property or in the Purchase Price, except as may be shown in any schedule attached hereto.
