Check Measurement Equipment and Access. Customer may, at Customer’s expense, install and operate, at or near the Downstream Metering Equipment, independent check measuring equipment similar to the Downstream Metering Equipment to monitor the accuracy of the measurements made by the Downstream Metering Equipment. Such check metering equipment will be installed and operated by Customer so that it does not unreasonably interfere with the operation of the Downstream Metering Equipment.
