Checklist Non-compliance. In the event that the checklist is not completed by the start of school, a notice of deficiency shall be issued by the School Board and the Charter School shall cure the deficiency as expeditiously as possible, but in no event later than thirty (30) days of receipt of the notice. If it is safe and legal for the Charter School to open, it may choose to do so or it may delay opening with the consent of the superintendent of LCPS (the “Superintendent”).
