Upon written authorization from each employee, the Employer shall deduct from the wages of each, all fees and dues as are prescribed by the Union and/or this Agreement. Each employee and the Union hereby authorize the Employer to rely upon and to honor written certification by the Treasurer of the Union of the amounts to be deducted. Such deduction under all properly executed authorizations shall become effective at the time application is signed by the employee.
