Remittance of Dues. The Employer shall electronically transmit to the Union on the first bank working day after each payday all dues deducted for that pay period in those bargaining units for which the Union is the exclusive bargaining representative.
Remittance of Dues. The checkoff and cheque for the Union dues deducted must be in the office of the Local Union not later than the fifteenth (15th) day of the month following the month in which the monies were deducted.
Remittance of Dues. Any amounts so deducted shall, subject to Article 5.4.2, be remitted to the Union Head Office. The cheque shall be accompanied by a list of the employees from whom the deductions have been made (a copy of the list shall be sent to the Local Union President) and forwarded by the 15th day of the month following the month in which such deductions have been made. The list of employees referred to herein shall be in alphabetical order by surname and shall include the employee's social insurance number. The Union agrees to indemnify and save the Employer harmless from any liability arising out of the operation of this Article.
Remittance of Dues. The amounts deducted in accordance with this article shall be remitted to the President of the Union by cheque on or before the 15th day of the month following the month in which deductions were made and shall be accompanied by particulars identifying employees and the amounts deducted on their behalf.
Remittance of Dues. The Board shall, once in every month during the life of this Agreement, remit the dues deducted in Accordance with Article 4.20 to the Association no later than the 15th day of the following month.
Remittance of Dues. With respect to all sums deducted by the District, for 31 membership dues, the District agrees promptly within fifteen (15) days to remit such 32 monies to the Association accompanied by the alphabetical list of unit members for 33 whom deductions have been made, categorizing them as to membership in the 34 Association, and indicating any changes in personnel from the list previously 35 furnished.
Remittance of Dues. (a) The Employer agrees to remit to the Central Office of the Union the amount of dues deducted from the pay of all Employees by the first (1st) working day after the fifteenth (15th) calendar day in the following month. Where an accounting adjustment is necessary to correct an over or under deduction of dues, it shall be made in the succeeding month.
(b) With each remittance made under clause 4.02(a) above, the Employer shall provide information in a printed form or by electronic file showing the Employee name, Employee address, Employee number, current dues deducted, year-to-date dues deducted, job classification, Basic Hourly Rate of Pay, employment status, paid hours in the reporting period, and base earnings in the reporting period.
(c) In January and July of each year the Employer will provide the Union with a list of all Employee names and subject to availability, Employee telephone numbers and personal email addresses.
Remittance of Dues. Before the fifteenth calendar day of each month the Employer will forward the dues deducted in the previous month, by cheque to the Union, together with a list of the names of employees and amounts deducted.
Remittance of Dues. The amounts deducted in accordance with clause 8.01 shall be remitted to the Comptroller of the Alliance in the month following that in which their deductions were made and shall be accompanied by particulars identifying each employee and the deductions made on her behalf.
Remittance of Dues. The Association shall have the sole and exclusive right to have membership dues deducted for employees in the Supervisors Unit. The amounts deducted shall be remitted monthly to the Association with an alphabetical list of the members from whom deductions were received.
