Common use of Checks, Drafts, etc Clause in Contracts

Checks, Drafts, etc. All checks, drafts and orders for the payment of money, notes and other evidences of indebtedness, issued in the name of the Corporation, shall, unless otherwise provided by resolution of the Board of Directors, be signed by the Chairman of the Board, the President, a Vice-President, an Assistant Vice-President, the Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary.

Checks, Drafts, etc. All checks, drafts and or orders for the payment of money, notes and or other evidences of indebtedness, indebtedness issued in the name of the Corporation, shallshall be signed by such officer or officers, unless otherwise provided agent or agents of the Corporation and in such manner as shall from time to time be determined by resolution of the Board Board. In the absence of Directorssuch determination by the Board, such instruments shall be signed by the accounting firm contracted by the Board and countersigned by the Chairman or a Vice Chairman of the Board, the President, a Vice-President, an Assistant Vice-President, the Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, the Secretary or an Assistant SecretaryCorporation.
