Chemical Agent. A chemical agent listed in AR 50-6 that is intended for use in military operations to kill, seriously injure, or incapacitate a person through its physiological properties. Excluded from consideration are industrial chemicals, riot control agents, chemical herbicides, smoke, and flame.
