Conduct of Personnel. While at any RIT location, Independent Contractor's personnel, agents and subcontractors shall comply with all reasonable requests, standard rules, and regulations of RIT regarding personal and professional conduct, including without limitation any security or privacy requirements, and shall otherwise conduct themselves in a professional manner.
Conduct of Personnel. If a contract employee is removed from the job site or dismissed from the premises, the contractor is not relieved of the requirement to provide sufficient personnel to perform the services as required by the contract PWS and task order PWSs. In accordance with18 USC 1382 Army Regulations and Air Force Instructions, the authority of the Installation Commander to control and deny a contractor employee entry to all or part of the installation is absolute. The individual concerned has no right to appeal.
Conduct of Personnel. The Contracting Officer, or designated representative, may require the Contractor to remove from the job site any employee working under this contract for reasons of misconduct or security violations, or found to be or suspected to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other incapacitating agent. Contractor employees shall be subject to expulsion from the premises upon determination by the Contracting Officer that such action is in the best interests of the Government. Such removal from the job site or expulsion from the premises shall not relieve the Contractor of the requirement to provide sufficient personnel to perform the services as required by this contract.
Conduct of Personnel. Design-Builder’s employees, officers, agents, representatives and Subcontractors shall conduct themselves in an appropriate and professional manner at all times while working with and for the Manager. Any such individual who behaves in an inappropriate manner, or who engages in the use of inappropriate language or conduct while on the Manager’s property, as determined by the Manager, shall be removed from the Manager’s property at the Manager’s request. Such individual shall not be permitted to return without the written permission of the Manager. The Manager shall not be responsible or liable to Design-Builder or any Subcontractor for any additional costs, expenses, losses, claims or damages incurred by Design-Builder or its Subcontractors as a result of the removal of any individuals(s) from the Manager’s property.
Conduct of Personnel a. The Contractor will be responsible for the proper conduct of persons employed by or acting for the Contractor or any subcontractor, including ensuring that they comply with the requirements of this Contract in carrying out the Services specified.
b. The Contractor will have key Personnel experienced in managing and supporting operations which require high standards, and which must be completed in a timely fashion in remote and difficult circumstances. They must understand the importance of dispatch reliability in Aerial Firefighting and emergency operations and other activities, and will have in place systems to ensure that operations that are conducted on an infrequent or irregular basis are still conducted in the most reliable and efficient manner.
c. The Contractor must maintain a Drug and Alcohol Management Program in accordance with the requirements of CASA. The Drug and Alcohol Management Program must also apply to the Contractor’s subcontractors.
d. The Contractor will ensure that in the employment of Personnel it complies with all applicable industrial relations and workplace legislation.
e. The Contractor must take all reasonable steps to ensure that all Personnel engaged in the provision of the Services: i. act diligently, ethically, soberly and honestly; and

While at Bottler’s premises, CONA will require that its and Vendors’ personnel (1) comply with reasonable requests, rules and regulations of Bottler made known to CONA or the applicable Vendor regarding their conduct generally applicable to such premise, and (2) otherwise conduct themselves in a businesslike manner.

Each Party covenants that it has used and will use reasonable efforts to obligate those employees, agents or contractors of such Party involved in activities pursuant to this Agreement, to assign Inventions to the respective Party, consistent with the obligations of such Party hereunder with respect to Inventions. Personnel of a Party visiting the premises of the other Party shall observe and act in accordance with any and all work, security, health and safety standards as may be formulated by the host Party in accordance with and subject to statutory or other governmental administrative requirements. Each Party shall be responsible for its employees and contractors when they are visiting the premises of the other Party.
