Common use of Chemical Substances Clause in Contracts

Chemical Substances. Seller warrants that: (i) each chemical substance contained in Goods is on the inventory of chemical substances compiled and published by the Environmental Protection Agency pursuant to the Toxic Substances Control Act and (ii) all Material Safety Data Sheets required to be provided by Seller for Goods shall be provided to Madison prior to shipment of the Goods and shall be complete and accurate.

Chemical Substances. Seller warrants that: (i) each chemical substance contained in Goods is on the inventory of chemical substances compiled and published by the Environmental Protection Agency pursuant to the Toxic Substances Control Act and (ii) each chemical substance contained in Goods is on the inventory of chemical substances compiled and published by the Canadian Environmental Protection agency pursuant to the Canadian Environmental Protection Act (iii) all Material Safety Data Sheets required to be provided by Seller for Goods shall be provided to Madison DAS prior to shipment of the Goods and shall be complete and accurate.
