Chemical Substances. Supplier represents that each chemical substance constituting or contained in Products sold, delivered or otherwise transferred to Flyer hereunder is on the list of chemical substances compiled and published by the Environmental Protection Agency pursuant to the Toxic Substances Control Act (15 U.S.C. Sec. 2601 et seq.) as amended. Failure to comply with this provision shall be treated as a failure to comply with all Applicable Laws and shall be subject to the remedies provided in Section 3(i) below.
