Common use of Chief Financial Officer’s Certificate Clause in Contracts

Chief Financial Officer’s Certificate. The Representatives shall have received certificates dated, respectively, the date hereof and each Closing Date, signed by the chief financial officer of the Company, in form and substance satisfactory to the Representatives.
