Common use of Chief Financial Officer’s Certificate Clause in Contracts

Chief Financial Officer’s Certificate. On each of the date hereof, the First Closing Date and the Option Closing Date, the Representatives shall have received a certificate executed by the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, dated as of such date, in the form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives.
