Common use of Chief Financial Officer’s Certificate Clause in Contracts

Chief Financial Officer’s Certificate. At the Closing Time, the Representatives shall have received a certificate signed by the Chief Financial Officer of the Company certifying as to the preparation, completeness and accuracy of certain financial and statistical data relating to the Company included in the Prospectus.

Chief Financial Officer’s Certificate. At each of the time of the execution of this Agreement and the Closing Time, the Representatives shall have received a certificate signed by the Chief Financial Officer chief financial officer of the Company Company, dated such date or the Closing Time, certifying as to the preparation, completeness and accuracy of certain financial information contained in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and statistical data relating to the Company included in the Prospectus.

At the Closing Time, the Representatives Representative shall have received a certificate signed by the Chief Financial Officer of the Company certifying Officer’s Certificate as to the preparation, completeness and accuracy of certain financial disclosures included or incorporated by reference into the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and statistical data relating to the Company included in the Prospectus.

At the time of the execution of this Agreement and at the Closing TimeDate, the Representatives Representative shall have received a certificate signed by the Chief Financial Officer of the Company certifying as Company, in form and substance satisfactory to the preparation, completeness and accuracy of certain financial and statistical data relating to the Company included in the ProspectusRepresentative.

At On the date of this Agreement and at Closing Time, the Representatives shall have received from the Company a certificate signed by of its chief financial officer with respect to certain financial data contained in the Chief Financial Officer of General Disclosure Package and the Company certifying as Prospectus, which certificate shall be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the preparation, completeness and accuracy of certain financial and statistical data relating to the Company included in the ProspectusRepresentatives.

At the Closing Time, the Representatives Representative shall have received a certificate signed by of the Chief Financial Officer of the Company Company, dated the Closing Time, certifying as to the preparation, completeness and accuracy of certain financial and statistical data relating to the Company included information set forth in the Registration Statement, General Disclosure Package and the Final Prospectus.

At the Closing Time, the Representatives shall have received a certificate signed by of the Chief Financial Officer of the Company Company, dated the Closing Time, certifying as to the preparation, completeness and accuracy of certain financial information set forth in the Registration Statement, General Disclosure Package and statistical data relating to the Company included in the Prospectus.

At the Closing Time, the Representatives shall have received on and as of the date of this Agreement and on and as of the Closing Date, a certificate signed by of the Chief Financial Officer of the Company certifying Company, reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives, as to the preparation, completeness and accuracy of certain financial and statistical data relating to the Company included contained in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and the Prospectus.;

At On the Closing TimeDate, the Representatives Representative shall have received a certificate signed by of the Chief Financial Officer of the Company certifying as Company, with respect to the preparation, completeness and accuracy of certain financial information contained in the Registration Statement, the Disclosure Package, and statistical data relating the Prospectus, in a form reasonably acceptable to the Company included in the ProspectusRepresentative.

At the Closing Time, if requested by the Representatives Representative, the Representative shall have received a certificate signed by the Chief Financial Officer of the Company certifying as to the preparation, completeness and accuracy of certain financial and statistical data relating to the Company included in the Prospectus.
