Common use of Child Abuse Reporting Act Clause in Contracts

Child Abuse Reporting Act. Contractor shall comply with the child abuse reporting law (ORS 419B.005 through 419B.050) as if Contractor were a mandatory abuse reporter. Contractor shall immediately report to the proper state or law enforcement agency circumstances supporting reasonable cause to believe that any child has been abused.
